Yakoo 666 is a premium Ultra Fine Body Filler formulated with a specific polyester resin. It is designed for the final finish of filling job, to fill pinholes and rough areas left by primary filling. It is also great for small filling jobs.  666 Ultra Fine Filler is of a creamy texture and is very fine; very easy to sand.

Apply Substrates:          Galvanized Panel, Aluminum Panel, Steel Panel, Iron Panel, Seam Welding, Fiberglass, Epoxy Primer. 

• Mixing Ratio:            Putty : Hardener = 100 : 1.5-2.5 (by weight)
• Pot Life:                   3-5 min (depends on mixing ratio and temperature)
• Sanding:                   15-30 min (depends on room temperature)

Application Procedure:

• Substrate preparation: degrease, dry sanding P80-P120.
• Mixing: the filler should be mixed with the supplied hardener in 100:1.5-2.5 weight ratio. Mix well until uniform colour appears.
• Application: Apply the mixed putty on the prepared surface within 5-7 min (25°C).
• Sanding: allow 20-40 min (20°C) after applying.
