Yakoo 333 body filler  is a premium Body Filler formulated with a specific polyester resin. It is designed for panel beaters to fill the dents, holes, and scratches of auto bodies. After mixing with supplied harder and application onto the body, it forms a very strong adhesive strength with any Galvanized Panel, Aluminium Panel, Steel Panel, Iron Panel, Seam Welding, Fiberglass or Epoxy Primer. It sticks to the body very securely, but sanding is easy. Just use P80 or P120 for the first sanding, than apply P180 to P240 for final sanding. Quick and easy! Yakoo 333 is also a flexible filler, and can be applied to plastic bumper. This outstanding character allows Yakoo 333 to be used on all auto filling jobs, from big heavy filling to small scratch filling, from metal body to plastic bumper. Yakoo 333 makes panel beaters’ jobs much easier and more enjoyable.

Applicable Substrates:     Galvanized Panel, Aluminium Panel, Steel Panel, Iron Panel, Seam Welding, Fiberglass, Epoxy Primer.

• Mixing Ratio:            Putty : Hardener = 100 : 1.5-2.5 (by weight)
• Pot Life:                    5-7 min (depends on mixing ratio and temperature)
• Sanding:                   10-30 min (depends on room temperature and mixing ratio)

Application Procedure:

• Substrate preparation: degrease, dry sand with P80-P120.
• Mixing: the filler should be mixed with the supplied hardener in 100:1.5-2.5 weight ratio. Mix well until uniform colour appears.
• Application: Apply the mixed putty on the prepared surface within 5-7 min (25°C).
• Sanding: allow 10-30 min (at 25°C) after applying before sanding.
